Abraham Lichy

I'm a born-and-bred New Yorker who has a passion for advising early stage start-ups and growth oriented people.  Formerly an attorney at one of New York City's top law firms, I went on to build my own fashion brand, have DJed around the world and ultimately decided to create my own law firm.

Having been through the start-up journey myself as a CEO and Founder, I have a first-hand understanding of the rollercoaster experience.  When founders and business owners are busy handling the million to-dos that never seem to end, what they really want is a focused advisor who has their back and keeps their infrastructure strong and agreements protected.

Borrowing the concept from the retail world, I adopted a direct-to-consumer pricing model to offer superior legal services at "direct-to-client" prices.  I generally avoid hourly billing structures in favor of flat fee arrangements... let's keep it simple.

When I'm not lawyering, you'll find me spending time with my wife, Erin, our two kids and our families and friends, playing music with my brothers with our band, the Lichy Nuts, DJing, seeing live music, reading fantasy adventure books and long distance running.
